Kiryl Trembovolski Chief Operating Officer Kiryl Trembovolski Chief Operating Officer Kiryl leads a series of strategic business, product, and risk management initiatives for the company and our customers. He has some of the deepest product knowledge and customer experience in the company. He has managed the technical implementation process for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including integration with customer data systems, authentication, and change management. Kiryl has led these global projects across multiple geographies, jurisdictions, and complex local requirements. Previously, he served as the head of product for Behavox. He touched all aspects of the portfolio’s evolution, including user research, product strategy, partnerships, roadmap, development, and delivery. Kiryl was named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for Technology in 2019. He has a M.Sc. in computing science with distinction from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in mathematics with distinction from the University of Exeter.
Alex Glasman Chief Data Scientist Alex Glasman Chief Data Scientist Alex leads Behavox’s Data Science team. He applies his 25 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and management to ensure Behavox customers can act quickly on insights gathered from their internal data. His team constantly innovates and enhances the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics to help customers find bad actors within their organizations. His team drives the development of Behavox’s multilingual value proposition to customers, applying AI/ML algorithms across more than 150 data types pertaining to dozens of voice and text-based applications in 10 languages, providing a truly global, enterprise-class solution for customers. Alex previously held senior software engineering positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. He holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University and is the author of multiple patents and publications in the areas of mathematics, software engineering, and data science.

Tunde has spent almost 20 years in senior technical roles spanning financial services, energy, and entertainment industries. He also anticipates their technological concerns to help accelerate deployment lead times and achieve fast time to value. Caitlin guides the Customer Success Management team in forming relationships with Behavox’s clients to ensure protection of clients’ digital headquarters. Prior to joining Behavox, Caitlin was Vice President in Markets Risk and Control – Electronic and Algorithmic Trading at Barclays where she focused on leading governance and implementation of Market Access Rule requirements and acting as primary product manager for risk-mitigating applications. Caitlin’s career started in Compliance, where she gained knowledge in financial markets and the regulatory landscape. Caitlin is Series 7 FINRA qualified and holds a BA in Philosophy & Italian from Boston College.

He currently leads the Product Engineering department, where he brings his passion and experience in product engineering to grow and drive innovation for our current and new solutions. Prior to joining Behavox, Santosh spent 17 years in Microsoft, where he led multiple engineering teams and partnered with product leaders to ship world-class v1 experiences across Outlook, Yammer, and Teams. He has extensive experience in agile software development, building, growing, and scaling high-performing and motivated engineering teams, consistently delivering complex, large scale, cross-geographical projects on time, and driving product adoption from zero to millions of users with high customer satisfaction. Santosh has an M.S. in computer science from Texas A&M University, College Station.

Michael has a L.L.B. and bachelor of information systems from the University of Tasmania in Australia.

Yosuke Sasaki Yosuke Sasaki Yosuke Sasaki is a partner, chief of staff and head of CEO Office at SoftBank Investment Advisers(SBIA). After starting his career at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi (now MUFG Bank), he joined Softbank Corp (now SoftBank Group Corp), where he led multiple financing activities, M&A transactions, and the management of several portfolio companies. As part of the SoftBank Vision Fund’s founding team, Yosuke helped launch and build the world’s largest technology fund. He is based at SBIA headquarters in London and serves as co-representative of SBIA’s Tokyo office. Yosuke also acts as an advisor and investment committee member of Deepcore, which is AI-focused early stage VC fund, and an advisor to Shibuya, which is one of special wards in Tokyo. With 15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, Aleksei offers a blend of leadership acumen, technical mastery, and an intricate understanding of systems design and architecture of distributed systems. Under his leadership, teams, including Product SRE, Cloud Automation, Security Operations, and Customer Support, ensure the smooth operation of Behavox systems for both SaaS and on-premises installations. Aleksei’s journey with Behavox started in 2017 when he took on the role of a Senior DevOps Engineer. Leveraging his extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to the excellence and reliability of production systems, he rapidly progressed to a Technical Management position, assuming full ownership of production systems. Before joining Behavox, Aleksei held senior roles in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Software Engineering across multiple software firms. Most notably, at Mirantis Inc.
Jeff Diana Jeff Diana Jeff is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in HR. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2012, Jeff was CPO at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, where he built the company’s HR function from scratch, led a series of key initiatives to produce more than $25 million in savings, and doubled the company’s salesforce with a record-breaking 600 new hires in one year. Previously, Jeff was chief HR officer at Safeco, a personal insurance company, where he made one of the largest overhauls to the company’s rewards program to support a new high growth initiative. Jeff has held HR leadership roles at Microsoft, General Electric, and Bell South. Jeff holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of South Carolina and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Michael Piwowar Michael Piwowar Michael is the executive director of the Milken Institute Center for Financial Markets. He is also a distinguished policy fellow at the Center for Financial Markets Policy at Georgetown University’s Center for Financial Markets and Policy. Dr. Piwowar was previously appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as a commissioner in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was designated acting chairman of the Commission by President Donald Trump. He was previously chief economist for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. During the financial crisis and its immediate aftermath, Dr. Piwowar served at the White House as a senior economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers in both the George W. Bush and Barack Obama Administrations. Before joining the White House, Dr. Piwowar worked as a Principal at the Securities Litigation and Consulting Group as a visiting academic scholar and senior financial economist at the SEC, and as an assistant professor of finance at Iowa State University. He received a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.

He serves on a number of public and private company boards and provides consultation services in the tech industry. Most recently he was the CRO of Splunk, inc., where he grew bookings more than 20-fold in five years while helping the company IPO and generate more than $10 billion in market value. Prior to Splunk, he had long tenures at BMC Software and IBM, where he held a number of positions in sales and ran business units. Schodorf’s vast experience in running complex, go-to-customer operations in the United States, Asia, and Europe led him to co-author, “The Success Cadence,” which underscores the special responsibility and importance that a high-performing sales function has in achieving hyper growth. Tom has a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
