Head of Customer Success and Account Management
As Head of Strategic Customer Success, Caitlin is responsible for growing and nurturing Behavox’s clients throughout their journey. Caitlin guides the Customer Success Management team in forming relationships with Behavox’s clients to ensure protection of clients’ digital headquarters.
Prior to joining Behavox, Caitlin was Vice President in Markets Risk and Control – Electronic and Algorithmic Trading at Barclays where she focused on leading governance and implementation of Market Access Rule requirements and acting as primary product manager for risk-mitigating applications. Caitlin’s career started in Compliance, where she gained knowledge in financial markets and the regulatory landscape.
Caitlin is Series 7 FINRA qualified and holds a BA in Philosophy & Italian from Boston College.

YOSUKE SASAKI
Yosuke Sasaki is a partner, chief of staff and head of CEO Office at SoftBank Investment Advisers(SBIA). After starting his career at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi (now MUFG Bank), he joined Softbank Corp (now SoftBank Group Corp), where he led multiple financing activities, M&A transactions, and the management of several portfolio companies. As part of the SoftBank Vision Fund’s founding team, Yosuke helped launch and build the world’s largest technology fund. He is based at SBIA headquarters in London and serves as co-representative of SBIA’s Tokyo office.
Yosuke also acts as an advisor and investment committee member of Deepcore, which is AI-focused early stage VC fund, and an advisor to Shibuya, which is one of special wards in Tokyo. MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
TOM SCHODORF
Tom has more than 30 years experience as an operator for software and SaaS companies. He serves on a number of public and private company boards and provides consultation services in the tech industry. Most recently he was the CRO of Splunk, inc., where he grew bookings more than 20-fold in five years while helping the company IPO and generate more than $10 billion in market value. Prior to Splunk, he had long tenures at BMC Software and IBM, where he held a number of positions in sales and ran business units.
Schodorf’s vast experience in running complex, go-to-customer operations in the United States, Asia, and Europe led him to co-author, “The Success Cadence,” which underscores the special responsibility and importance that a high-performing sales function has in achieving hyper growth.
Tom has a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
MICHAEL PIWOWAR
Michael is the executive director of the Milken Institute Center for Financial Markets. He is also a distinguished policy fellow at the Center for Financial Markets Policy at Georgetown University’s Center for Financial Markets and Policy.
Dr. Piwowar was previously appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as a commissioner in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was designated acting chairman of the Commission by President Donald Trump. He was previously chief economist for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
During the financial crisis and its immediate aftermath, Dr. Piwowar served at the White House as a senior economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisers in both the George W. Bush and Barack Obama Administrations. Before joining the White House, Dr. Piwowar worked as a Principal at the Securities Litigation and Consulting Group as a visiting academic scholar and senior financial economist at the SEC, and as an assistant professor of finance at Iowa State University.
He received a B.A. in Foreign Service and International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
JEFF DIANA
Jeff is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in HR. Prior to joining Atlassian in 2012, Jeff was CPO at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, where he built the company’s HR function from scratch, led a series of key initiatives to produce more than $25 million in savings, and doubled the company’s salesforce with a record-breaking 600 new hires in one year.
Previously, Jeff was chief HR officer at Safeco, a personal insurance company, where he made one of the largest overhauls to the company’s rewards program to support a new high growth initiative. Jeff has held HR leadership roles at Microsoft, General Electric, and Bell South.
Jeff holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of South Carolina and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
ALEKSEI SHISHKIN
Head of Site Reliability Engineering
Aleksei Shishkin serves as the Head of Site Reliability Engineering at Behavox. With 15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, Aleksei offers a blend of leadership acumen, technical mastery, and an intricate understanding of systems design and architecture of distributed systems.
Under his leadership, teams, including Product SRE, Cloud Automation, Security Operations, and Customer Support, ensure the smooth operation of Behavox systems for both SaaS and on-premises installations.
Aleksei’s journey with Behavox started in 2017 when he took on the role of a Senior DevOps Engineer. Leveraging his extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to the excellence and reliability of production systems, he rapidly progressed to a Technical Management position, assuming full ownership of production systems.
Before joining Behavox, Aleksei held senior roles in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Software Engineering across multiple software firms. Most notably, at Mirantis Inc.
TIGRAN PETROSYAN
Head of Security
Tigran is a CISSP & CEH-certified information security professional with 20 years of experience in security architecture, security operations, governance, and systems engineering. He leverages his wealth of industry knowledge to ensure Behavox’s security controls support customer requirements.
Throughout his career, Tigran has played pivotal roles for companies operating in highly regulated environments, such as a PCI DSS-compliant payment card processing organization and World Bank’s innovative government infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Behavox, Tigran worked at Gameloft, a large mobile gaming company, where he led the information security team in managing cybersecurity for the company.
Tigran has an M.Sc. in computer security systems and informatics from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
MANISH KUMAR
Head of Product Management
Manish Kumar is an accomplished professional and product visionary with over a decade of expertise in Product Management, Big Data Analytics, and Product Marketing. His extensive background includes crafting AI/ML driven products across industries like Financial Services, IT & Telecom, with notable roles at global companies such as Ericsson and Tech Mahindra (Mahindra Comviva) prior to joining Behavox.
At Behavox, Manish is the driving force behind our flagship Compliance/Quantum product, leading the Product Management vertical. He shapes our product landscape by strategizing product roadmaps, fostering innovation, and implementing revenue-generating approaches that ensure efficient development.
A strategic and customer-centric leader, Manish excels at solving intricate business challenges, evidenced by his track record of boosting revenue and elevating customer experiences. His international experience spans North America, LATAM, UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia, enriching his ability to grasp diverse market dynamics and cater to varied customer needs.
Manish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore), a Masters in International Business from EM Normandie Business School, France, and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), India. He brings a unique blend of global insights and innovation to our team.
NISHANT CHUG
Senior Product Manager
Nishant, a seasoned Senior Product Manager, brings over 8 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, and Enterprise product management. Currently, Nishant leads the strategic development of two vital products – Insider Threat and Conduct & Culture – at Behavox. Collaborating closely with former counterintelligence and DoD experts, Nishant is committed to delivering solutions that safeguard clients from insider threats and cultural challenges, shielding them from costly legal battles and reputation damage.
Before joining Behavox, Nishant excelled as a Senior Product Manager at ServiceNow, spearheading innovative solutions for the Global Business Services ecosystem using machine learning and virtual agent capabilities. Nishant demonstrated leadership prowess as a Product Lead at Delhivery, kickstarting a successful Less than Truck Load (LTL) retail business unit.
Adept in navigating product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and go-to-market strategies, Nishant’s expertise spans diverse domains such as HR service delivery, employee experience, supply chain, logistics, communication compliance, and security. He is passionate about crafting AI/ML-driven products that anticipate future needs and elevate user experiences. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Amity University, India.
MICHAEL TALBERT
Head of Professional Services
Michael is a major partner for our customers, leading a team that is responsible for the successful implementation of Behavox solutions. He cultivates trusted relationships with our customers, taking the time to deeply understand their requirements.
Michael has a wealth of industry experience that he brings to Behavox and our customers. He has held senior positions at Deloitte and PwC, where he acted as program manager on complex enterprise projects while building and leading global multi-disciplinary teams. His experience managing complexity on an international scale translates seamlessly to his role with Behavox’s customers, many of whom represent some of the industry’s most challenging global implementations.
Michael has a L.L.B. and bachelor of information systems from the University of Tasmania in Australia.
SANTOSH KUMAR
Vice President of Engineering, Products
Santosh is a veteran leader with decades of experience building and shipping data-driven, enterprise cloud products in the communication and collaboration space. He currently leads the Product Engineering department, where he brings his passion and experience in product engineering to grow and drive innovation for our current and new solutions.
Prior to joining Behavox, Santosh spent 17 years in Microsoft, where he led multiple engineering teams and partnered with product leaders to ship world-class v1 experiences across Outlook, Yammer, and Teams. He has extensive experience in agile software development, building, growing, and scaling high-performing and motivated engineering teams, consistently delivering complex, large scale, cross-geographical projects on time, and driving product adoption from zero to millions of users with high customer satisfaction.
Santosh has an M.S. in computer science from Texas A&M University, College Station.
ALEX GLASMAN
Chief Scientist
Alex leads Behavox’s Data Science team. He applies his 25 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and management to ensure Behavox customers can act quickly on insights gathered from their internal data.
His team constantly innovates and enhances the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics to help customers find bad actors within their organizations. His team drives the development of Behavox’s multilingual value proposition to customers, applying AI/ML algorithms across more than 150 data types pertaining to dozens of voice and text-based applications in 10 languages, providing a truly global, enterprise-class solution for customers.
Alex previously held senior software engineering positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems.
He holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University and is the author of multiple patents and publications in the areas of mathematics, software engineering, and data science.
KIRYL TREMBOVOLSKI
Chief Operating Officer
Kiryl leads a series of strategic business, product, and risk management initiatives for the company and our customers. He has some of the deepest product knowledge and customer experience in the company.
He has managed the technical implementation process for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including integration with customer data systems, authentication, and change management. Kiryl has led these global projects across multiple geographies, jurisdictions, and complex local requirements. Previously, he served as the head of product for Behavox. He touched all aspects of the portfolio’s evolution, including user research, product strategy, partnerships, roadmap, development, and delivery.
Kiryl was named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for Technology in 2019. He has a M.Sc. in computing science with distinction from Imperial College London and a B.Sc. in mathematics with distinction from the University of Exeter.
NABEEL EBRAHIM
Chief Revenue Officer
Nabeel is one of the most knowledgeable customer-facing practitioners in the industry. He joined Behavox in 2016, building our first product demo and on-boarding the company’s first customers. Since then, Nabeel has been a part of every customer project for Behavox, successfully overseeing the industry’s largest, most complex implementations at some of the world’s leading banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds.
Behavox’s customers trust Nabeel. He has vast experience in advising and enabling customers to find bad actors quickly and accurately, before they disrupt business continuity and cause company crises. He has a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget so customers can realize value sooner. The impact of Nabeel and his team has resulted in a customer satisfaction score of 93 percent.
Earlier in his Behavox tenure, Nabeel established the company’s global account management team. The team is unique to the industry, serving as a regulatory knowledge base for customers and as an indispensable extension of their compliance teams.
Nabeel holds a L.L.B. from the University of Exeter and an L.P.C. from the BPP Law School in London.
FAHREEN KURJI
Chief Customer Intelligence Officer
Fahreen Kurji is the Chief Customer Intelligence Officer at Behavox, leading the marketing department and elevating the communication of the company’s cutting-edge technology and industry-leading insights.
Fahreen’s previous success in leading the Behavox customer success team, scaling the company’s expansion into new regions, and creating the first employee development group, BeWomen, highlights her dedication to fostering untapped talent and promoting diversity.
As the Chief Evangelist of Behavox, Fahreen is a highly sought-after speaker at industry panels and events hosted by leading media outlets (The Economist), universities (NYU), and independent third-parties (Milken Institute). She has been featured in esteemed publications such as The Financial Times, The Telegraph, Bloomberg News, The Economist, and Reuters News.
