Behavox would like to invite you to an exclusive industry workshop on the capture and surveillance of communications on instant messaging platforms.

Governed by Chatham House rules, participants will workshop and learn how best to approach the regulatory scrutiny around instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp & WeChat.

The following topics will be discussed at the workshop:

• How are you responding to the regulatory actions regarding capture and preservation of instant messaging platforms?
• Do you believe if you capture, you must also monitor/ surveil the communications?
• Is there a case for simply banning WhatsApp/WeChat/Telegram? If not, then how best to approach it from a books and records perspective?
• Is capturing instant messaging an effective solution? Are you also looking for channel hopping within communications?
